Javier Gonzalez is a native Texan, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and History from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997. Javier then attended St. Mary's University School of Law, graduating in 2000. While in law school Javier clerked at the law offices of a prominent Texas trial attorney well known for representing injured victims. Since graduating from law school Javier has solely represented plaintiffs. Javier has represented injured victims in a wide variety of cases including, for example, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, auto accident, construction accident, premises liability, toxic tort and product liability cases. In the course of representing injured victims Javier has served as lead trial counsel as well as assisted in the litigation of numerous other lawsuits on behalf of plaintiffs throughout Texas and beyond. Since joining Miller, Curtis & Weisbrod, LLP Javier has devoted his practice to representing injured victims in pharmaceutical product liability cases.
